7/8" Satin and antiqued finish sterling silver oval Miraculous Medal on an 18" stainless steel rhodium plated chain. The pendant features a border with the words, "O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee," circled around it and in the center is a raised figure of Mary with light antiqued finishing. The back of the medal is plain with a brushed finish. Includes an elegant deluxe velour jewelry box. The origin of the miraculous medal comes from the visions Saint Catherine Laboure experienced in the year 1830 of Mary Immaculate.
